Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled session will be refunded in full. Cancellation requests received 7-13 days prior to the scheduled session will be partially refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 6 days prior to the scheduled session will not be refunded. 

Rescheduling Policy: Reschedule requests received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled session will incur a $25 fee.
